Series — Shop Owners of Kona Village Mall
Kona Village Mall is a fictionalized popular shopping area in the heart of Kailua, on the sunny Kona Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. The outdoor mall is between the main street of the tourist town and the craggy lava shoreline of the Pacific Ocean. An eclectic mix of merchants have gravitated to the idyllic mall:

The Aloha Solution
Kaiya Morrison’s exclusive jewelry shop is her escape from a life of tragedy. When banker Keoni Grey walks into her shop and her life, he becomes alternately a dream-come-true and a nightmare. She’d been doing just fine, until he showed up. As Keoni battles the clock to save her business from the disastrous situation he created, and she battles him with intensity rooted in fears from her past, their lives erupt into chaos, until each devises a key component of the ultimate aloha solution.

The Aloha Discovery
Bev Sinclair, the dynamo owner of a resort wear shop, escaped a lying ex and a former life that had been too good to be true…at least she thought she’d escaped…until she finds out that her past has made her the prime suspect in police detective Cal Dempsey’s narcotics importing investigation. Bev is innocent, of course, and will do anything to help the hot detective uncover the truth. Her zeal makes him more suspicious of her…until her life is threatened. Then, Cal risks his life and career to protect her while he finds the real culprits, at which point he and Bev are freed to discover the wonders of aloha.

Where There’s a Will
Koa Suzumi opened her aromatherapy/fragrance shop to escape the privileged life her father created for her. When her father unexpectedly dies, leaving a will full of surprises, Koa is thrown together with Lee Wilson, her father’s protégé, who is so much like her father that she wants nothing to do with him. Yet, she can’t keep her hands off him. The will forces them together and sets them on a path where they learn about themselves and each other, and lands them at their destiny.

Her Paniolo Forever
The paniolo—Hawaiian cowboy—culture has roots that are centuries old and still thrives in the upcountry ranchlands of the Big Island of Hawaii. That’s where the Bradner family has owned a ranch on an ancient ahupua’a—a traditional land management area— since the late 1800s. When Holly Bradner finds herself at the helm of the family ranch, she hires the only person she knows who can help her run the operation in the traditional paniolo way. Despite his history with Holly, Austin Redmond is eager to return to the Bradner Ranch. However, he has an ulterior motive that he begins to regret, the more time he spends with Holly. As the complications escalate, with dire consequences, Holly and Austin dig deep into their paniolo roots to cultivate a new aloha reality.

A Sustainable Solution
Miko Beckett and Geoff Mason are rivals in a high-stakes competition that affects the land, people, and future of the Lake Country First Nations reserve, in the Okanagan Valley of British Columbia. When Miko and Geoff become entangled in more than the competition, the stakes become personal, with hearts at risk. Only after searching deep in her soul for answers and scouring childhood scars, is Miko able to work with Geoff to develop sustainable solutions, not only for the Lake Country people, but also for the two of them.

Runaway Doctor
When Doctor Jennifer Morgan runs from a broken heart, she runs about as far as her medical license allows, to the northern edge of Haida Gwaii, an archipelago off the northwest coast of Canada. Practicing and living on a barge towed from remote village to remote village, she rediscovers her passion for her career, and finds peace. That is, until tug boat captain Craig Bridger arrives to tow her barge one day. That’s when she finds out that there are some things from which she cannot run. As her commitment to her patients grows, so do the problems from her past. Finding a way to make it all work takes Jennifer and Craig through rough waters that force both of them to re-evaluate what’s important to them.
